Practical Exercise 8 (Intermediate OpenMP)

No exercises are provided, but you might like to revisit some of the
previous ones and see whether you can tune them using the if (and
possibly num_threads) clauses.  Good candidates for this are the
Cholesky and Quicksort ones.

Bluntly, there is no way to learn how to use atomics correctly except by
many years of bitter experience, finding out just how many 'obviously
true' properties fail with low probability under some circumstances.
There are therefore no exercises for them.
